Rising Star is back for the 4th season of the show. The show is originated from the franchise of the same name. Currently, the show is looking for Rising Star Auditions for the singing talents in the country.
The show is all about the journey of the contestants who join the show through auditions. These selected contestant form the auditions have to perform each week to compete with other contestants in the show.
After every performance each contestant is scored by judges and even by the audience watching. The least scorer has to leave the show as part of the eliminations.

Rising Star Season 4 Judges & Host
From the first instalment of the show Shankar Mahadevan together with Diljit Dosanjh are working as the judge of the show. For this upcoming season they are again going to continue as judges of the show.
After Neeti Mohan replaced Monali Thakur in the last edition of the show, she is looking to continue her journey with the show.
The update is that for first time there will be 4 experts chair in the show. Armaan Malik is going to be sitting on that expert chair.
With all the judges are confirmed the show is just waiting for contestants to fill the remaining void.
Well after judges buzz goes around host of the show. Since season 1 host keeps on changing. So we can’t tell who will host season 4 this time. May be you can guess whom do you wish to see as a host of rising star next season.

Rising Star Voot Online Application
The casting team of the show allows the contestant to come to live auditions or can apply online. For people who find it hard to travel to such far places for auditions you can apply online. Just follow given steps to apply online-
- Visit the official Voot website.
- Now search for the show to audition.
- Then click on apply button an application form will appear.
- You have to fill the application for with all the details asked.
- Then you have to upload your performance video.
- Finally, click on the submit button.
NOTE- You have to make your performance video as per the guidelines given.
If you get selected you will be receiving a call for further auditions.
- The video must be clear.
- Size of the audition video must be upto 50MB.
- You can shoot the video upto 3 min maximum.
- Upload it on the application form.
- Video should be in mov, mp4, avi format.

If you don’t want to give your auditions online then do not worry you always get a chance to give auditions in person.
The only thing is for you to do is that you carry all the legal documents for your identity proof, nationality proof and residence proof. Then you have to travel to the open call auditions on the specified date and time.
Then you will be asked to perform live in front of judges if they like your performance you will be called for further details.

Complete Selection Process
There are two methods in which you can give your auditions. We have informed you about both the ways you can opt to try your luck. The selected contestants will be called for further auditions.
In the next rounds you will have to audition again but this time you will find it a bit harder than the previous ones.
Then the shortlisted contestants will have to go through battle dues where they have to go against other contestants. Judges will select 30 contestants and after 30 there will be direct 15 contestants. And it will be done in Live auditions straight on the stage.
